Magnetic Pulleys
The magnetic pulleys are used for the automatic separation of little and medium sizes ferrous pieces (for very little ferrous pieces the use of magnetic drums is better). The pulleys pick up the ferrous pieces that are closer to the band. When there is a thick layer of material and an accurate separation is required it is advised the combined use: magnetic band SEO-SMO and magnetic pulley. The magnetic field of the pulley is about 100 mm high so it is advisable that the layer of the materials on the band should not be higher than 80 mm.
The power of attraction is pratically unlimited in time and thanks to their sturdiness the pulleys do not need any maintenance. The magnetic pulley is equipped with an AISI 304 stainless steel shaft.
